What to Expect When Getting All-on-4

The next step of All-on-4 treatment is the dental implantation process. This process may or may not begin with a bone grafting procedure designed to shore up your jawbone to ensure it is strong enough to support dental implants. This procedure is followed by a period of healing and bone regeneration. Once the jawbone is ready, we can place the dental implants during one or more placement procedures. Implant placement is followed by a period of healing during which the implants undergo the process of osseointegration, becoming securely fixed in the jawbone. 

Once the implants are in place, we create the dentures that will be fixed to the dental implants and then use a system of abutments and dental cement to permanently fix the dentures to your dental implants.
